When we arrived in Essaouira, we knew almost nothing. And then, very quickly, there was this feeling that's hard to explain: the ocean light, the wind, the glances, a kind of freedom. Things happened simply, as is often the case in Morocco. A chance encounter, a mint tea, an alley we weren't supposed to go down… and we learned to see things differently.

Eucalyptus Stories was born from this.

A space to share what we experience here: places we return to, people we want to introduce you to, moments that have touched us. Not a list of "must-sees." Just addresses and experiences that have meaning for us.

The Riad Eucalyptus Ethnic Hotel shares this same spirit: a vibrant, genuine place where we take the time to welcome guests and share a little bit of this Morocco that we are still learning about every day.
Here, we won't tell you what to do. We simply share what we love. Just like we would with friends who are just passing through.
